Rubber blends have excellent corrosion resistance. Good stability to organic liquid, different fuel oil, lubricating oil. It has good corrosion resistance to most inorganic acids, hydrocarbons, benzene and toluene. It is weak only against low molecular esters, ethers, ketones and some amines.
5) Compression deformation performance
Rubber compound is used for high temperature sealing, compression deformation is an important performance. 6) Low temperature resistance
The low temperature resistance of rubber blends is general, and the limit temperature of elasticity can be maintained from -15 to -20. As the temperature drops, the tensile strength increases, making it look tough at low temperatures. The brittleness temperature of standard sample with thickness of 2mm is about -30. -45 when the thickness is 1.87mm; -53 when the thickness is 0.63mm; -69 at 0.25mm thickness.
7) Ventilation
The gas solubility of rubber compound is relatively large, its diffusion rate is relatively small, and the total permeability is small. In rubber compound, the air permeability of vulcanized rubber is smaller and conducive to vacuum sealing by adding filler to fill the gap inside the rubber. With the right combination, rubber rubber can solve the vacuum seal of 10-7Pa.
8) flame retardant

9) Electrical performance
The electrical insulation of rubber compound is not good, suitable for use under low frequency and low pressure. Temperature has a great influence on its electrical properties, from 24 to 184, the insulation resistance will decrease by 35,000 times.
10) Weather resistance and ozone resistance
After ten years of natural preservation, the performance is still satisfactory. In the air with ozone concentration of 0.01%, there was no obvious cracking after 45 days. Its weather resistance and ozone resistance are satisfactory.
